8. ТРЕБОВАНИЯ К ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЮ ФИЗИЧЕСКОЙ ЗАЩИТЫ
РАДИОАКТИВНЫХ МАТЕРИАЛОВ

8.3-С1. Требования, изложенные в данном пункте, носят в значительной степени общий качественный характер. Конкретные требования к обеспечению физической защиты при перевозке РМ, не подпадающих под требования п. 8.2 Правил НП-053-04 должны быть разработаны в дальнейшем.

8.3-С2. До разработки специальных требований по обеспечению физической защиты РМ могут применяться требования и положения по физической защите (сохранности), представленные в документах МАГАТЭ [142], [143], [144].

8.3-С3. Одно из основных условий обеспечения физической защиты при перевозках РМ - условие, при котором не будут нарушены требования или будет создано препятствие для выполнения требований обеспечения ядерной и радиационной безопасности перевозок таких РМ, изложенных в других разделах Правил.
